I feel like on this day all I did was eat. There is video evidence, so this is for the most part the case. If you haven’t checked these places of your list, then read on and you’ll be sold.

The food game is strong in London and there is ample choice when it comes to it. When you’ve only got a few short days to eat at the best food spots in London, inhale all you can, then move forward to the next. With the amount of food I ate, I thought I was going to have to book in for lap-band surgery for my return home to Sydney.

The Wolseley

It pays to be a morning person in London. It also pays to go somewhere completely incredible for breakfast. The Wolseley is situated in Mayfair and it doesn’t get much grander than this, seriously. It really is a stunning restaurant and was positively packed when we were there. The clientele of The Wolseley is known to be of higher class and celebrities, but unfortunately I have no reports for you there.

Next time I am in London I really want to do a high tea there!

The Shard – Oblix

Cue heart palpitations. The view from The Shard is incredible. It sits on the 31st floor and you can see all on the sites you probably would have seen on foot. If you’re heading to London, please, please go there! The lavender/lychee cocktail is a must have, as is their green apple sorbet.

Sketch Restaurant on Conduit St is painfully cool. We wined and dined with NEXT there on our grand finale night. I couldn’t help but get lost amongst the decor for the hours we were there – it creates a pretty unique ambiance. I felt like I was onset of a Wes Anderson film. The restaurant boasts primarily pink interiors and artworks line the surrounding walls.

The bathrooms in Sketch are incredible. Bathrooms? Incredible? No I am not crazy. If you go to Sketch visiting the bathrooms are not an optional activity. They are individually egg shaped cubicles that speak. It will be the highlight of your Sketch experience, if not your life.

Now that I have given you all you should know, watch on for the first hand look!

Big thanks to NEXT for taking us to all off these incredible places!
