Sometimes it’s nice to mix up your routine when you’re finding yourself in an exercise rut. There’s something so great about being outdoors with the wind in your face and a bigger stride than could never be replicated on a treadmill.
Waking early is the worst, right? This week I have so many early starts and it’s only Wednesday – so that’s, uh, three early starts I guess. To clarify, I am not a morning person. At all. I love late nights – I’m a veritable night owl.
The thought of exercising when on holidays probably has your eyes rolling. I find at this time of year the most common question is: “should I take a break from working out while I am on holiday and is it bad for me?”.
Ever entered a sports store and been overwhelmed by the amount of choice in sneakers?! I know I have. And before I knew that different sneakers had different functions I used to just buy the one pair and use them for, well anything and every. Oh how I had it very, very wrong.
Thursdays were meant for road-trip in denim and crisp new tanks. Really quick road-trips that is.
