Waves, denim, undone.
The thought of exercising when on holidays probably has your eyes rolling. I find at this time of year the most common question is: “should I take a break from working out while I am on holiday and is it bad for me?”.
Because sometimes you just have to get away from the city and take it back to basics.
It’s funny how quickly things can change! I found out some amazing news yesterday and I am ready to fill you in ALL about it.
We ventured around for about 9 hours non-stop on the first day and I could have easily kept on going.
You won’t believe me when I say the first thing I packed was my new Puma sportsbra and Lorna Jane shorts. You’ll be thinking “but you’re on holidays, why on earth would you do that to yourself?”.
