Ingredients

  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Kale
  • Avocado
  • Olive Oil
  • Chilli
  • Balsalmic Vinegar
  • Honey
  • Garlic
  • Goats Cheese

Method

Roast broccoli and cauliflower for 15 mins, add kale and roast for an additional 4 mins or until crunchy. I went a little too much for this and thus, it’s a little on the brown side.

Mix together garlic, lemon juice, oil, chilli and chilli. Once veggies are out of the oven, pour over and let it soak in. Mix!

Add half an avocado on top and however much goats cheese you like!

EAT!
