Ah, I am back from London and it is now time to get back into the swing of exercise. Maybe it’s because Splendour is only a couple of sleeps away, but I thought it would be fun to share what gets me pumped up for exercise. Getting excited about my playlist will help me get excited to move my body again after indulging in too many English treats!

I am pretty particular about the ear-buds I work out in. These colourful numbers are the Freestyle headphones by Bose and they come everywhere with me now. They’re already set aside for City 2 Surf in a couple of weeks! I love training in them because they fit so snug in my ear and the sound quality is so great. When I am running I like to be able to turn music up loud, because I hate the sound of my breathing pattern. I start counting my breaths and then I get out of sync. I love that they have their own little case, tangled cords in my gym bag are NEVER fun.

  1. Well, I wish I looked this damn good when I worked out! Seriously Ally, it’s unfair jow good looking you are!

This is such a great music playlist too – I love working out to CHVRCHES! Such a great beat and catchy songs that definitely allow me to relax and get into a good workout (without thinking of the pain!).
