A pair of great fitting tailored pants always makes me feel strong, yet sexy.

For the last week I was ready to do a major wardrobe turnaround – it seemed Summer was here early and I was gearing towards wearing light weight fabric as a uniform. I then forgot Sydney at this time of year is unpredictable and likes to challenge our daily choices by throwing four seasons in one day at us. I don’t really mind because I actually prefer in-between weather. I love light layers, and I love to be able to still wear my leather jacket – it’s probably my favourite piece I own and I get quite sad when I have to push it to the back of my wardrobe when the mercury rises.

My hair colour is so easy to achieve at home with Preference Glam Lights from L’Oréal Paris. I was worried when I went lighter that I didn’t know what would suit me. The great thing about being not quite blonde, not quite brunette is everything suits me still. Monochrome is an obvious choice and one I will always choose over a bright blue or any other bright alternatives. I still can wear my soft hues of coral, baby blue and peach which is a bonus. It’s nice to break but a neutral palette sometimes.

Today I am wearing a white tailored pant – keeping it classic with a cropped grey marle t-shirt, heels and my favourite leather jacket. I added a pop of colour on my lips – I am loving fuschia with my hair colour at the moment! Sometimes it’s nice to keep an outfit simple and let you lip play the main role.
