Berry water isn’t just delicious – it aids your health in more ways than one.

I love hydrating my body, but I get so sick of drinking plain water. I forget half the time, so I usually keep a water bottle on my desk so I can gauge the amounts through out the day. I also like to mix things up and get more out of my water by adding delicious things to it! Berries and mint are my go to ingredients. Dark berries such as Blueberries are rich in antioxidants which help clean out your digestive system and resh mint stimulates the metabolism to aid in digestion, so this water is doing incredible things for your body!


  1. Fresh Mint
  2. Blueberries
  3. Crushed Ice
  4. Filtered Water

Add to your blender and blend until it’s the consistency of a slushie. Serve over more ice.
